GENESIS 8:1

INTRODUCTION
These four words can sum up some of God’s merciful dealings with humanity. Without a doubt, this past year has been arguably the most painful, distressing and stressful in living memory. For many people, hope has been lost, faith is shaken, and dreams are in tatters.
Like Noah in the ark, we find ourselves in a siege situation. But God remembered Noah and brought him out of the raging, destructive storm.

2021 is The YEAR OF RESURGENCE
It means:
To receive new life
Renewal
Rebirth
Recovery
Rejuvenation
Revive
Increase after a period of little or no progressive activity
A Glorious comeback!
Out of the ashes and ruins of the past year’s pain and despair, we are coming out to renew, rejuvenate and rebuild.

WORKING THE WORD OUT… This year we will focus primarily on these areas.
There must a new passion for God and that things of God. We must go back to the ancient paths of:
The Word
Prayer
Relationship with God and with others

1. PERSONAL GROWTH AND RENEWAL
Hosea 6:1-2
We will be big on discipleship and maturity. Our spiritual pursuit will be Christlikeness.
Gen. 1:28

2. MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY
We will use technology and the media to reach the world with the Good News of Jesus. We will use it to build digital communities so we can relate with one another in new ways.

3. INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY
We will explore new and better systems to help us grow and be relevant in the world. We will employ the wisdom of God within us to innovate, create and lead.

4. BRIDGING GENERATION NEXT
The Next Generation is our most valuable gift to secure the future. We must not lose them, especially those who leave home for college. We shall create the platform to help them step into the arena of life and leadership.

5. FAMILY
The is the heartbeat of a god-honoring society. We will not relent in the fight for the family unit. Through teaching, modeling, and encouragement, we will seek to make every family unit stronger. We shall help the unmarried, widowed and divorced to find acceptance and meaning as they trust the Lord for breakthroughs.
